On September 12, 2006 the Board of Supervisors approved the Scope of Work and a Contract Agreement with the professional planning firm of Design, Community & Environment to complete the Comprehensive General Plan/Zoning Ordinance Update and Environmental Impact Report for Butte County. The term of the agreement is September 12, 2006, through September 30, 2009, in an amount not to exceed $1,593,206.
