Butte County Development Services Director Tim Snellings and Principal Planner Dan Breedon met with the Superintendent of the Thermalito Union School District Gregory Kampf and David McCready, Director of Finance for the District, on June 25, 2007.  The meeting included a discussion on the Butte County General Plan 2030 process and the need to plan for future school sites.  Further outreach to all the school districts in the County was identified as being a necessary part of the General Plan update process.  Butte County General Plan 2030 staff will coordinate a meeting with the Butte County Office of Education for additional coordination.
