This meeting is an opportunity to accomplish the following 2 things:  Based on input that we have received, to provide training on two issues - Water and the Butte Regional Conservation Plan (NCCP/HCP).  This is to continue laying the foundation for the work of creating a Preferred Alternative (Workshop Series #4, starting in March of 2008).
