Hi everyone: Here are a couple
of updates for you.
1) The Butte County General
Plan 2030 Citizens Advisory Committee will meet
Thursday, February 28, 2008 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm
at the Butte College Main Campus Cafeteria.
This meeting is not
specifically tied to any work product or meeting
series. It is an opportunity for the Citizens
Advisory Committee to receive information and
discuss several topics, with staff and other guests.

2) Another important
development in the General Plan 2030 Process:
Butte County, in cooperation with the Cities of
Biggs and Gridley, will hold a Joint Meeting of the
Butte County Board of Supervisors, the Biggs City
Council and the Gridley City Council on Tuesday,
February 26. This special meeting will focus on land
use and general plan issues of mutual interest in
the designated Area of Concern between the Cities of
Biggs and Gridley. This is a public meeting and the
public is invited to attend. Please check the
General Plan website in the next few days for time,
place and other details.
