This meeting is being held to provide an opportunity for those who have raised the need for a Water Element to have a discussion with staff about their ideas and policy suggestions.  It is also a time where others who have have ideas about Optional Elements could explore this concept a bit with staff. 

The goal of the meeting is to make sure that the meeting scheduled for 2008-06-05 that is dedicated to reviewing options for the organization of the new General Plan is going to be structured in such a way to adequately discuss the topic of Optional Elements.
