On 01-21-2010, the Board
of Supervisors voted 5-0 to "...move to accept the
Draft General Plan with the text and map changes as
directed by the Board during the meeting on Tuesday,
January 19, 2010 and our meeting today. As such,
this concludes General Plan 2030 Meeting Series #7 –
Finalization of the Draft General Plan. The Board
further directs that the Environmental Impact Report
be released for a 60 day public review based upon
this modified Draft General Plan and further directs
the Department of Development Services to prepare
clear documentation of the changes made on January
19, 2010 and today and provide that information to
the public to assist in their review of the Draft
EIR."
