On July 27, 2010, the
Board of Supervisors reviewed an initial
set of cleanups, and provided direction
to staff on five public requests. At the
July 27, 2010 meeting, the Board
approved the majority of the staff
recommended cleanups to the Draft
General Plan 2030 Land Use Map and
directed staff to bring other items (see
Section III. below) back on this date
for further consideration.
In addition, two new
items are to be considered under this
meeting’s agenda:
1. Butte County General Plan 2030
Consistency with the 2000 Airport Land
Use Compatibility Plan.
2. Draft Butte County General Plan 2030
Action Plan
This meeting is
limited to the discussion, public
comment, and consideration of items on
the Agenda, which would not negatively
affect the Draft General Plan 2030
Environmental Impact Report (EIR).
Further requests for changes to the
Draft General Plan 2030 Land Use Map or
Draft General Plan 2030 document will
not be considered at this meeting or
prior to the Board’s consideration of
the adoption of General Plan 2030,
scheduled for September 29, 2010.
