Hi Everyone:
Tomorrow, Tuesday, Dec 6th at 9:00 am, the
Butte
County
Board of Supervisors will review the
TEXT
of Draft 3 of the proposed Butte County Zoning
Ordinance. They will review it Part by Part. The
Planning Commission held 14 meetings over the past
17 months to develop this document which will
implement Butte County's General Plan, which was
adopted on October 26, 2010. Please join us if you
have questions/ideas/concerns about the
TEXT
of the Draft 3 Zoning Ordinance. A "Working Agenda"
is posted on our website for your assistance.
PLEASE NOTE:
We will NOT be discussing PROPOSED ZONING MAP issues
at this meeting.
If you have issues/questions about the
PROPOSED ZONING MAP
(proposed zoning on your property or those of
concern to you), please join us on Tuesday, Dec 13th
at 1:00 pm. To be clear, if for example you live in
Butte Valley or Butte Creek Canyon and you wanted to
express your thoughts about some properties'
proposed Zoning,
please come to
the meeting
on Dec 13th
at 1:00 pm.
We will soon post an order of areas we'll be
discussing.
