This document will be used throughout the General Plan 2030
process as background, reference and in preparation of the
Draft EIR. At this point, though we have taken great
effort to insure its accuracy, this 1,000 page document
(which provides a great deal of information) should be
considered a PUBLIC DRAFT for
review and comment. Please send your
