Please note:
This document will be used throughout the General Plan 2030
process and is intended to be adopted at the end of the
process (September 2009) with the new General Plan/Zoning
Ordinance. At this point, though we have taken great
effort to insure its accuracy, this 1,000 page document
(which provides a great deal of information) should be
considered a PUBLIC DRAFT for
review and comment. Please send your
