2008-04-16 Development Services staff and our consultant team are working with our Citizens Advisory Committee to evaluate and make recommendations to the Planning Commission regarding which Alternative is appropriate for each Study Area.
2008-03-04 There are a lot of exciting things happening with Butte County General Plan 2030. Next week, March 14, 2008, the Alternatives Evaluation Report will be released. This 650 page document (which will be posted on this website AND CDs will be available for free upon request) provides a great deal of information to assist in the upcoming discussions of creating a Preferred Alternative. This Preferred Alternative Workshop Series #4 will begin on March 27, 2008.
2007-12-05 (After the completion of Workshop Series #2/3 by the Board of Supervisors on 2007-11-27, a meeting was held with the Citizens Advisory Committee to 're-group' and prepare for Workshop Series #4). Butte County General Plan 2030 is 'right on course and on schedule'.
